STAFF WELFARE COMMITTEE

The staff welfare committee aims for overall development of staff members by providing varied welfare schemes. The committee shall ensure that the staff are deeply connected to the range of institutional issues contributing to the success of organization while supporting & enhancing the growth, welfare & best interests of staff through productive leadership.

OBJECTIVES: -

1. To ensure the physical, mental & Social welfare of all staff members.
2. To provide a supportive & inclusive workplace that values each staff member’s contribution.
3. To address staff grievances & work-related concerns promptly & fairly.
4. To promote opportunities for personal & professional development.
5. To encourage teamwork, motivation & a healthy work- life balance among staff.
6. To enhance staff retention& job satisfaction through welfare measures.

Functions: -       

1. Provide opportunities for attending various workshops seminars, symposium & conferences conducted by various institutions & agencies in & outside the locality/Region/State.
2. Plan & organize regular programs & Activities for the staff development.
3. Organise staff motivational/ Recreational/ spiritual Activities such as picnics, Retreat etc.
4. Helf staff members in times of illness & difficulties.
5. Recognizing & appreciating staff contribution through awards, appreciation, letters or special events.
6. Celebrating festivals, nurses’ day. Teacher day & other important Occasions to faster unity & morale.
7. Organize welcome/Farewell parties for the facility.
